We are seeking an experienced DevOps Expert to join our team and drive our infrastructure automation, deployment processes, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building scalable, reliable systems.
7-10 years in IT/Software Engineering·DevOps
Experience: 5-7 years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience
AWS Cloud Experience: 2-3 years (preferred but not mandatory)
Required: Bachelor ofEngineering (BE) or Master of Technology (MTech) in Computer Science or Information Technology
Candidates with equivalent technical degrees will also be considered
- You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our DevOps infrastructure and practices. This includes building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and fostering a culture of automation and continuous improvement.
- You'll work closely with development and operations teams to streamline processes, reduce deployment times, and enhance system performance and security.
- Core DevOps Expertise:·Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Circle CI, or Azure DevOps
- Proficiency in configuration management and infrastructure as code tools (Ansible, Terra form, Cloud Formation)
- Extensive experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes)
- Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools(Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or similar)
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Power Shell infrastructure & Systems
- Deep understanding of Linux/Unix system administration
- Experience with networking concepts, security best practices, and system architecture
- Knowledge of database administration and performance tuning
- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS, etc.)
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Eng
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks
- Experience with GitOps practices and tools (Argo CD, Flux)
- Familiarity with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)
