Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Cloud, Atlassian, DevOps, and Staff Augmentation services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and position Holograph’s solutions.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to develop customer-aligned proposals.
  • Support pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and deal closures under sales leadership guidance.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer data in CRM systems.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Qualifications

- 1–5 years of experience in IT services or technology sales
- Exposure to SaaS, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, or IT staffing solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable engaging with customers
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications


- Valid UAE driving license
- Malayalam language proficiency (spoken)
- Prior experience selling IT services in the UAE or GCC region
