- Renewals: Ensure timely contract renewals and maximize retention rates.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify expansion opportunities, pitch relevant solutions, and achieve revenue growth targets.
- Customer Success Alignment: Work closely with CS, Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and roadmap alignment.
- NDR/Revenue Retention: Manage Net Dollar Retention (NDR) goals and proactively mitigate risks of churn or downsell.
- Account Insights: Track account health, usage trends, and engagement via CRM and analytics tools.
- Strategic Planning: Build quarterly account development plans to increase customer value and revenue potential.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B Key Account Management or Customer Success roles.
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Proven track record in cross-selling, upselling, and driving renewals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with US-based customers (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize workloads, and operate in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Strong understanding of NDR retention strategies.
